Diploma in Pharmacy is a two year Programme followed by a practical training of not less than 500 hours (3 Months) recognized by the PHARMACY COUNCIL OF INDIA (P.C.I). The course is conducted as per Curricula and syllabi prescribed from time to time. The D. pharm course provides an edge to the all the students towards both the industry and Clinical Based knowledge so as to meet the requirements for practicing pharmacy. This is the minimum qualification to get registered as pharmacist in INDIA.

Diploma in Pharmacy
Candidates for admission to the program have to meet eligibility criteria prescribed by appropriate statutory bodies like Board of Examining Authority, Karnataka and Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
Candidates who have passed two years of examinations of the Department of Pre-university Education, Karnataka or an equivalent PUC or 10+ 2 examination from any other recognised Board or University, with English as a subject and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology as optional subjects individually.
Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations, provided that a student was 17 years of age on or before 31st December of the year of admission to the course.
